No. Our standard Private Label and White Label tiers include our premium, heavy-wall glass jars and closures. For Private Label clients (100+ units), we also supply and print your custom retail boxes. If your brand architecture requires custom-supplied packaging, we can act strictly as your contract filler, provided your components meet our filling line specifications.

Because we manufacture domestically at our Lake Zurich, Illinois facility, we bypass the severe supply chain delays associated with overseas production. Once your $50 design deposit is submitted and your label artwork is approved, standard turnaround for an initial Private Label run (100–500 units) is typically 2 to 4 weeks.

White Label is engineered for rapid, low-risk market testing, starting at just 24 units. Products are filled in our premium glass packaging using a generic Thermae clinical label. Our Private Label program starts at an industry-disrupting 100 units and is a fully turnkey, custom solution. It includes your custom-designed labels, custom printed retail boxes, and allows you to achieve retail margins of 50% to 76%.
Production Timeline
From deposit to doorstep in ~14 Days.
Phase 01 — Days 1-2
Initiation & Deposit
You select your formulas and pay the 50% deposit to secure your slot in the queue.
Inventory is allocated and your project moves to the Design Team.
Phase 02 — Days 3-5
Art & Approval
We apply your logo to our templates. You receive a digital proof to approve via email.
Once approved, we print your high-fidelity waterproof labels and paired retail chipboard boxes.
Phase 03 — Days 6-10
Mixing & Filling
Our 20L tanks spin up. We mix your batch, fill the jars, and apply safety seals and wrapping. All products meet FDA Labeling Requirements Fair Packaging and Labeling Act.
Raw materials are transformed into finished bulk product.
Phase 04 — Days 11-13
Labeling & Boxing
Jars are cleaned, labeled, and hand-packed into your retail chipboard boxes.
Your product is now "Shelf Ready" and looks like a major luxury brand.
Phase 05 — Day 14+
QA & Handoff
Final quality check (weight, seal, aesthetic). We settle the final 50% invoice.
Your brand ships out via UPS or is ready for local pickup.
